I slept in at the Church of the Holy Comforter this morning. Gonzo gave me a full night of sleep and this strange sensation I feel is ... well-rested! Very unfamiliar.
Preacher returns to the madhouse this afternoon. I thought it might be nice to have our bedroom all clean and fluffy when he returns. So the kids and I are setting up shop in the tower and going to attack the mess (partially due to the great closet purge of 2008).
But it is a super purty day. All warm and fall-ish. I will need to get outside. And hopefully not run in to any parishioners.
I am starting to plan for Thanksgiving. My first as a vegetarian! I need a good mushroom gravy recipe. And no, there will not be any tofurkey at my table.
