This conversation happened the other morning.
Me: "Want to snuggle, sweetie?"
Baby Gonzo: "No. I eat."
Me: (laughing) "What did you say?"
Baby Gonzo: "I eat! I eat! Cheese!"
And this morning.
Baby Gonzo: "Oh No! Kitty! Kitty Out!"
Grandma: "What is that? Trixie is outside?"
Baby Gonzo: "Yeah! Kitty out!"
