Miss Crab is dressed in a Kimono by Miss Dawn (the nanny)
I just got the results back on my neck scan and "ta-da" my thyroid is really big (typical Hashimoto's Disease) but does not show signs of cancer or other odd things that would require The Cutting and The Poking.
So next I am off to an endocrinologist who can get me medicated. And maybe I will feel normal again. And less puffy. Hopefully they can see me within a week. I have not felt good for 8+ months so what is another week, right?
The nanny is working out pretty well. She can't be on time to save her life but the kids love her so it is a trade-off right? Seriously, has not been to our house once on time. It would bother me but the girls are really taken with her and she does a great job with them while she is here.
And now I am back to work. Wishing I had MS Office for my iMac.
