The Dye Report: We are on day 5 with our dye avoidance. To be honest, there are plenty of non dye options out there so it is pretty easy. Swapped Kraft Mac N Cheese for Annie's Shells. Swapped Gogurt (not a fan really) for Stonyfield Farms tube yogurt. I will list out our big changes in another posting. In other news, I am not sure I see any behavioral difference yet. I was not expecting them to become little rays of sunshine, but, ok ... that would have been soooo cool! Either way, we don't need extra chemicals in our food.
Meal Planning: Going really well this week. With the exception of change of plans on Monday that threw our dinner plan out the window, the meal planning is working well. I will post and share the plan.
My first PSA: Sometimes people unintentionally release the skeletons in their closet. And there it is. It can be shocking. It can be downright unsavory. It can be unhealthy and maybe even life-threatening. Sometimes being a good friend means laying down the line, speaking the truth and if necessary - walking away. Don't ever be afraid of speaking the truth, no matter how uncomfortable it is, especially when the well being of others is at stake.
My second PSA: Tell someone who makes a positive difference in a childs life that they are wonderful. They may not need to hear it, but it never hurts to be kind to those who are looking out for little ones.

What does PSA stand for? Also, we have only fed P. Annie's mac and cheese. One day someone offered him Kraft and I tasted it. Total sh1t!! Terrible. I will gladly eat Annie's, especially with a little extra parmesan and a few drops of truffle oil....
